Ice Rollers

Ice Ice Baby! Did you know that colder temperatures help with the shrinking of pores and blood vessels over time to give your skin a smooth, evenly toned surface? They can also calm inflammation and irritation.  Ice rollers are amazing to use at the end of your AM or PM skincare routine. To use the ice roller, simply massage all over the face by rolling across the forehead, up and around the eyes, up and down your cheeks, over your nose, around the mouth, along with the jaw line, and then down your neck. The chill of the ice may take some getting used to, but once you start to see your pores shrinking and redness disappearing you will be hooked!

Tips:  Always clean your ice roller after any treatments by wiping down with rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad. This will keep your ice rolling tool clean and free of harmful bacteria. While GBG prefers keeping the ice roller in the freezer, you can store it in the fridge for a cooler temperature.  Just remember, a freezing cold roller can work against you by pulling at the skin. The skin on your face is delicate, so you want to avoid pulling and pressing the pores because it can weaken skin fibers—like collagen and elastin—causing wrinkles over time.
